Regular checks can often prove difficult living so far away, so as part of our management service, we inspect your property as often as you like, to offer you peace of mind and to assure you that your home is safe and secure.
Our Property Management Service ensures regular checks that the house is safe and secure and includes checks after severe weather. It guarentees our availability for changeovers and any call outs that may be necessary. Contracts run from 1st January each year but may be taken up at any point within the year.
Our Call Out Service which is provided with the Property Management Service allows you or your guests to contact us 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for whatever reason. We can also meet deliveries, answer alarm calls or even check on contractors on your behalf and give progress reports.
