Most changeovers occur on a Saturday between 10am until 4pm, but our teams of professional cleaners know that most guests don't want to leave their beautiful gîte.......and many arrive early in anticipation! So we try to accommodate all our guests, without impacting on anyones holiday.
When your guest's arrive, if they are not having a meet and greet service, then a calling card is left on site so they know who will be coming to clean their pool and carry out their midstay clean, on which day and at what time to expect them. Then, your guests can choose to be present or not.
Mid stay cleaning is normally part of the changeover service, but your guests can order Maid Service as an extra. This service is designed specifically for your guests, to continue to enjoy their holiday experience. They can order it for as many days as they wish, for 2 to 3 hours per visit.
